This is an estimate. Billing is at roll width, not graphic size, and the final footage is confirmed on your proof.
Worked example
One 48" x 120" graphic on Printed Wrap Film — Avery MPI 1105 + DOL Laminate. At 48" wide it fits inside the 58" print width, so it prints as one panel. The panel is billed at the full 60" roll width: 60" x 120" of film, or 50 sq ft. At $5.27 per sq ft the estimate is $263.50. Leave the calculator on its starting values and it shows the same numbers.
How billing by roll width works
Wholesale wrap printing is priced per square foot of film, and the film is billed at roll width, not graphic size. Printed wrap film, contour-cut graphics and perforated window film run on 60-inch rolls with a 58-inch maximum print width. Wall film runs on a 54-inch roll. Every panel is billed at the full roll width times its length, so a 48" x 120" graphic is billed as 60" x 120".
When a graphic is wider than the print width in both directions, it is split into panels in whichever direction uses the least material. Small copies nest side by side across the roll, so ten small decals are not billed as ten full-width panels. The calculator shows the panel count and the billed square feet for the size you enter. Volume pricing
Volume pricing is automatic: 5% off at 1,000 sq ft, 7% at 1,500 and 10% at 2,000 of billed material in one order. The calculator shows the tier your billed footage reaches and applies it to the estimated total.
From estimate to order
The total is an estimate. A person checks every file, and the final footage is confirmed on the proof we send with every order. Shipping and any sales tax are calculated at checkout.
