Ordering, files and shipping
Who can order from WrapPrinting.com?
Approved trade accounts: wrap shops, sign shops, installers and trade resellers. Prices are public, so you can price a job before you apply. Most applications are approved the same business day.
Do you sell to the public?
No. WrapPrinting.com is trade only. We never sell wholesale prints to vehicle owners or end customers.
What films do you print on?
Avery MPI 1105 with Avery DOL 1300-series cast laminate (gloss, luster or matte), 3M IJ180Cv3 with 8518 gloss laminate, Avery 50/50 perforated window film and Avery MPI 2610 wall film. Contour-cut graphics arrive weeded and masked.
How fast does my order ship?
Orders ship 2 business days after you approve your proof. Approve by noon Pacific and the clock starts that day.
How big can my print files be?
Upload files up to 5 GB each right on the product page. For bigger files, check "I'll send files after checkout" and email us a download link with your order number.
Do I get a proof before you print?
Yes. We check every file and email a proof showing the panel layout. Nothing prints until you approve it.
Can you ship straight to my customer?
Yes. Check "Blind ship this order" in your cart and enter your customer's address at checkout. The box carries no Ardor Printing or WrapPrinting.com branding.
How do you measure square footage?
We bill the vinyl that runs through the printer. Every panel is billed at the full roll width times its length: 60" for wrap film, contour-cut graphics and perforated window film, and 54" for wall film. A 48" x 120" graphic bills as 60" x 120", or 50 sq ft. Small pieces nest side by side across the roll, and the calculator on each product page shows the layout. See examples.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, automatically: 5% off at 1,000+ sq ft, 7% off at 1,500+ sq ft and 10% off at 2,000+ sq ft of billed material in one order. No codes needed.
Which file formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDF is preferred. We also take AI and EPS with fonts outlined, and layered PSD or flattened TIFF. See the file setup guide.
Do you panel my file?
Yes. Send one file per vehicle side and we panel it to our roll width with overlap. Your proof shows the layout.
Can you match a brand color?
Note the Pantone or brand color in your order notes and we'll flag it on your proof. Call us for critical color work.
Do you offer design?
We offer file setup and print-ready output as a separate service. For full wrap design, call us.
How do I pay?
Pay by card at checkout. Established accounts can ask about other payment options.
Can I buy tax-exempt?
Yes. Send your resale certificate after approval and we'll set your account up for tax-exempt purchases where it applies.
